Welcome to the junior registration form. All the details of the session are on the Junior program page! Fill out the form and submit it when you are done. You will receive a message acknowledging we got the information we need.

In order to serve you better, you have to submit a form per child per session! (You will see, it is quite easy. When submitted, just press return to the form and the info should still be there!!). Then, please pay Ryan the first class of your session.
