Here is our new registration form for 2010. It is quite easy! Just  fill out the form and send it! No printing, no paper! We will send you an E-mail confirming we received your registration form.

AGAIN THIS YEAR: if you want to be part of the leagues, send a quick E-mail to the ladies in charge, Sue (Monday night- shatter1@cogeco.ca ) or Rosemary (Wednesday night- rculos@vaxxine.com).  You will get a confirmation from Sue or from Rosemary you are in the leagues.

When this is done, send or drop-off the cheque payable to PTA with the proper amount to:

When we receive your cheque, you will receive an E-mail confirming your registration.

For the new members, make sure you mention the PTA member who referred you. You will both receive a free cardio tennis session.
